CANCELLATION POLICY:
Visa and Master Card payments accepted.
$50 charge for all returned checks.
Quoted deposit paid in full is necessary for all confirmed bookings.
A Guest Registration form is required upon arrival. Outstanding balance is due in full on date of arrival.
A processing fee of 5% of total payments received if cancelled prior to 30 days of your visit.
All cancellations must be documented.
No refunds for no-shows.
No credits are issued due to airline delays.
Early departures will not be credited.
All rates are subject to change at no advance notice. Peak periods and Holidays are included.
Surcharges & Taxes are include in rates.
An imprint of your credit card will be taken upon arrival to be signed. This authorizes the Heritage Inn to charge any Food and Beverage items consumed, damage to or loss of room inventory, boutique purchases and or accommodation fees.
